EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
T3 Global Training Ministry (Train the Trainer) was founded in 2016 as a Non-profit Ministry that equips Christian professionals, businesspeople, and students to become disciples while integrating work and witness in the Marketplace. T3 Global Training Ministry is built around two major biblical concepts:
REPLICATION OF LEADERS
Replication of Leaders – Every plan of God that will be sustained must be built to at least four generations. Paul, the first generation, spoke to Timothy, second-generation, and Timothy was challenged to commit what he learned to the third generation and fourth generations. (2 Timothy 2:2)
FAITH PLUS WORKS
Faith Plus Works – Every believer is called to ministry (John 15:16 KJV; 2 Corinthians 5:19-20.) According to the Southern Baptist Convention, only 3% of the entire body of Christ is called to “Vocational Ministry.” Therefore the 97% must be equipped so that the total church can engage the total harvest.

Our curriculum and instructors will help students move through content that will deepen their reflection on the Great Commission while teaching practical application. We want to ensure that every student is trained to fulfill the use of their spiritual gifts.
